    You have to upgrade the museum to the 2nd floor do this by donateing 30-50 fossils bugs and fish each and 1 art work. Go watch Blathers and catch him pondering about something and he will suggesr it as a pwp after the museum is done go see him everyday until he'll is thinking abain and talk to him you get cafe as a pwp.

    you have to donate 20 items Fossils,Bugs,Fish/Sea Creatures and 1 painting. Hes gonna think about getting a secound floor. after u got the museum shop talk to bladers everyday until he will talk about the cafe
