    You have to go to the Housekeeper cat in your house > Downloadable Content > Gift Area >Item Packs > Starter Pack or whatever its called. This will give you lots of stuff. Then go to the supply vendor and make sure you have 3 large barrels. Then go to The Man to forge Pelico equipment. You'll see a super hammer and both a Mario and Luigi outfits. You only have enough for one or the other outfits.
