How do I obtain more Palicos? I've encountered them running along some stages, but I dont think I can catch them.

    You will find them standing in the special areas. they will talk to you then you can hire them once the hunt is over.

    In offline, once you hit cheeko sands in offline story, it allows you to hire more palicos. In every map, there is a secret hideout where felines are, usually there is one palico that you can hire. Happy Gaming!

    The hunting zone. When you start a quest, you can go find the area they are at.
