Have you seen Attack on Titan yet? If not, watch it. It's a necessity. If you have, Elfen Lied is a good one. There's quite a bit of nudity, though.

It's a little slow at first, but it gets better. Also, as payback for earlier with your Death Note spoilers, Eren and Annie are both Titans. And Marco dies.
