    If I remember correctly, I found Dragonite Ore in the Frozen Seaway, Volcanic Hollow, and Heaven's Mount. As for Rath marrow, the highest chance come from tail carves and capturing Rathian and Rathalos. You can also get it as a break reward for breaking Rathalos' back, I believe.
