When I evolve my cards, why are some grayed out or now showing up? They are not being used in leagues. Example I HAVE 4 ** poison toad, when I enter evolve, it shows 3. Or when I want evolve my **B. Tamer, she's gray when she been removed or not used.

If they are being used in lab they will also be greyed out. You should visit the lab screen and scroll through the teams there and remove any cards you want to use. (Remember you can use the up / down arrows to page through different teams)
