    It's not that I can't talk to others- I'm actually really good at that. I just really want to be left alone and not talk for awhile, but sadly I'm at church where everybody tries to be super outgoing.

    At home I isolate in my bedroom (with the door locked if needed), and blast music from my headphones. Actually, I probably do that too much. At church...well honestly if I don't talk to anyone they ignore me...but since I always have a book handy I find a quiet corner and read. People usually leave you alone when you're reading, especially if you make your body language scream 'LEAVE ME ALONE'.
