    that dlc isnt out yet people use cheats like powersave to get items to make it. only one thats out now is high ranks starlight and its azure los and gold rathian in arena.

    nope , japanese had the game since last year , and lot of non japanese player are far from being patient and bought the game from there , and as dlc are released in japan , those guys were able to get them too
