Question

What the heck is with the Dalamadur!? I was wrecking it HARD for the ENTIRE quest and it STILL DIDN'T DIE! Am I supposed to advance in the single player campaign more? The hardest monster I fought in it so far is the Fatalis. I asking because i've been able to solo almost every quest, and then THIS QUEST came up.
