    It depends. I've suffered from severe depression for four years now. If your trend continues for more than two months I'd advise seeking help. Personally, I let my depression get way out of hand and to many messed up a lot of oppurtunities. It's much better to get help when younger. If you don't want to get help now that's find but try seeing if anything or a lack of is causing the depression.

    If your feeling that sad Aaron, maybe you should maybe talk to a close friend, a guidedence counselor, Anybody that listens. Becuse talking it out really helps.
