I'm curious, how much does a console ban affect your system? I've gotta friend using a backup account who says his 3DS cannot access anything that has to do with his NNID and I wanna know if it's relevant.

I know, I'm asking about a CONSOLE BAN, which is a step above a perma.

With a perma, you can just make a new account.

@MS. YES: He said "console ban", not "permaban". But a console ban just restricts access to Miiverse. In other words, you can't even look at posts or anything.
