So...Should i format my 3DS or just delete the NNID from both my Wii U and 3DS? Does deleting the NNID result in losing more than E-Shop purchases?

    I think the only way you can delete an NNID from a 3DS is by formatting the system.

    I'll lose some 20$ from the E-Shop, though for some reason i'f feel uneasy to only have an NNID that's gotten banned twice.
