    I meant basically every mutant. Mostly the ones who are/were in the xmen for a while. They definitely don't own Spider girl, Cloak and Dagger, or Namor.

    Actually Universal has Namor right now, same with Hulk. Marvel works around not having Hulk though by just using him in the Avengers, which sadly at the moment means no solo Hulk movie. Gosh darn it! Marvel should get solo hulk rights back and make a trilogy with Mark Ruffalo. One with the leader and red hulk, and then planet hulk, followed by world war hulk.

    I'm not sure how legit this is, but i read a little screen rant article from nine months ago that says Marvel filed a trademark for Squirrel Girl. Just cause you were in X-Men for a bit doesn't mean you're owned by Fox. Heck, Wanda and Pietro are as X-Men-y as it gets, and they're in Marvel now.
