I feel like someone should make a Miiverse 2 sometime soon. Create your personal Mii, just like the original Mii Maker but with much more options, no character and line limit, no comment restriction, a new set of communities (including off-topic!) drawing on PC version (if there even was WiiU/3Ds version...) and most of all, A MUCH BETTER ADMINISTRATION.
