There better be some worthwhile news from the Splatoon Direct. Some of it better be about addressing its lack of necessary online features.

They don't have voice chat because of the negativity of those Call of Duty 9-year-olds saying profane things. They want to keep the game positive.

They don't want it to come to that point, so they won't even make it an option.

I get the feeling they have no issues with this because they think it will sell well regardless even if it has voice chat. Though its a very risky move.

I used to think that I wouldn't get this game because the servers would be too laggy from so many players, but now that the lack of voice chat, ect. has driven some players away, the servers might not be as laggy as I first imagined. I might get this game now.
