i am getting S ranks on suicine and the other two with like 8-10 seconds left but only 1 percent catch rate. is this normal?

    Yep. While every Expert stage has a base catchability of 1%, the increase rate is different for each one. So the game wants you to be faster or just get lucky.

    @RJ you're right but the Suicune/Entei/Raikou Expert Stages only give 15 seconds to play. If you are defeating them with 8-10s left and that only gives you 1% you're probably experiencing a glitch/bug.
