    Tengo a las 3 aves y solo te puedo recomendar que empezando no trates de derrotarlas. Sube de nivel primero a tus pokémon y después enfrentate a ellas. Yo las derrote con nivel 4 mínimo. Mega Slowbro sirve de mucho también

    depende, si tienes a megalucario, pelea contra articuno, si tienes a mega blastoise o mega aerodactyl, pelea contra moltres, y contra zapdos usa tu pokemon que megaevoluciona mas fuerte, eso es para las aves legendarias, para los demas no se como ayudarte.
