my theory is she is chie but she is the lone survivor's wife or girlfriend probably girlfriend because you are a kid except in the green ending which you are an adult. basically she is someone dead who cares about you. but she might not be dead because in the white ending you are the one dying but chie is the one by your bed so thats why i think it is chie. sorry about this post being so long.

the green ending you get by keeping a really good mental health at the end like an a. theblue is probably the most common just keep a decent mental health. red ending is just shoot every zombie and eat rats and drink coffee to get a terrible mental health. white ending you have to get an s rank in mental health then a normally shut door is unlocked.

tip to increase mental health at the end there will be a fridge freeze all sodas and then drink them to greatly increase mental health and finally the yellow ending which you need the white ending to get just replay and give chie the cat doll instead of the weird purple one.
