    I forgot the specifics but you grow it. In fact, isn't there a Halloween themed mission at the Hundred Acre Wood? My memory is bad but I think it has something to do with it. I think. Good luck!

    Try going to Alices world or Weeny the Poohs world and look for the Spooky carrot seed. Go to where you go to shoos your mission. Good luck! :)
