2nd repel of G3 rusted kushala! And did way better this time around. Still was a tough battle tho. Just one more battle with it and it should be slained on the 3rd attempt.

    When I fought it the first time, it was so beautiful to look at. They made great designs with these dragons and battles.

    Ya the roaming elder dragons are awesome. The one u fought was normal kushala tho. The game never calls the rusted kushala by its actual title it still just says "kushala" instead of "rusted kushala." Rusted kushala is the one u once fought offline during story mode when defending dundorma. Its body scales has a brownish rust color to it instead of a metallic look.

    I fought it online for the first time, must go on in the story. Want to make the Gold Rathian set. I'm a bit down, the Molten Tigrex killed me bad yesterday.

    Don't feel so down. It happens sometimes. Molten tigrex is one of those challenges where u have to approach cautiously and not get greedy with attacking it. The main issue with it is its constant stampede charging that u have to really watch out for. Whenever its about to start charging at u, sheathe ur wep and start running to the side of it while keeping ur camera focused on it so you can see-

    -when it turns and run to the side of it again. Mega dash juices can help with ur stamina and allow u to run as much as u want without ur stamina draining until its effects go out. It also helps with guarding, but normally its not a good idea guarding against molten tigrex stampede charge unless u really have to since it can easily tear through ur stamina. Flash bombs greatly helps against it-

    -with its charging. U can throw it whenever its about to charge at u and stop its movements. It'll take time but eventually you'll adjust to it.

    thanks, I will try this. When he's charging 3 times you can't block it. The charged shield can block 2 strong attacks in a row, but then the stamina is done. Also when he's turning very fast you get overrun. The spin attacks are also dangerous, you never know when they start. But it's a good thing that Capcom made the attacks unpredictable, else it would be boring fast.

    Yep. This is why molten tigrex is one of my fav monsters to hunt, it requires real strategizing and some decent exp to defeat it. Its G rank version is far worse and imo was made specifically to make anyone fail and pulling their gair out lol. But ik you'll beat it soon eventually, you've improved a lot in such a short time and came a long way. Just look at it as a graduation test into the real-
