I did tell Fletcher in one of your posts, I spent almost 10 years getting all of those Poke'mon to level 100 while E.V. training. And gen 5 came out in 2011 if I remember correctly.

I collected a lot of PP UP's and used those instead of PP Max's because they both pretty much do the same thing.

Also, I think both PP UP's and PP Max's are prizes at the lottery game you do once a day in all Poke'mon games.

I have in Diamond, Platinum, Black 2, and Y. I even got a Master Ball once or twice.
