Boog the Bear and Elliot the Deer are still not announced for DLC and I think you are forgetting to put them in. Boog was in Ocarina of Time and Elliot was in Pokemon Stadium 2. #YearofBoogandElliot.

Uncle Grandpa for DLC! Uncle Grandpa can be in this game, because he was in Animal Crossing:New Leaf first. Uncle Grandpa was gonna be a new playable character in 3DS/Wii U, but he got taken out due to time constraints.
