I beat Bear's card game in 30 seconds! This is the highest time that one can get for Bear to give you 5 Bear Coins (each fresh save file starts out at 31 seconds). And he'll congratulate me for it! This isn't required to get 103% in the game, but I have a feeling that Rare considered this making this mandatory at one point...
