Question

So the game has been out for almost a month. How is everyone's opinion of the game so far? This includes its content, gameplay mechanics, story, online play, difficulty, etc.

    @cody sns can use items while sheathe but i really don't have a problem with it although i do see your point. And ya the maps should be with u but since its a hunting game they want u to be independent.

    @summerwind ya some things takes time to get adjusted to on mh but like u said once u learn to its an amazing experience. Yes mh is VERY addicting and i love the new gameplay mechanics it feels so fluid and face paced and just overall great! It has a perfect balance of difficulty as well although i do wish they increased the monsters hp a bit more but i suppose they lowered it to cater to-

    I love the game. Especially the cool new hunting terrain. It really makes u think to use the terrain to your advantage to get the upper hand on monsters

    @M14 exactly! I love that the most about 4U. It makes the game feel more dynamic and adventurous and so different from previous ones. Best mh game so far imo.

    im playing on the new3ds and its amazing. easily better than any mh i have played. the gameplay is awesome it takes monster hunter to a new level with the new jumping,climbing, and, and mounting mechanics, its very smooth and the controls are great. as far as content its huge. im pretty sure this its the largest MH

    Everything else I would have said has already been said, but I do like the ability to mount a monster. However, my gripe with it is that it solely relies on a jump attack to mount. It would have been better if it were done Dragon's Dogma style, where you could just run up to a monster and climb it, multiple people could mount, hinder monster movement, etc. It would have added a much...

    When playing in a group with Glaive users the mounting of monsters can be too often sometimes. The CB is a slow weapon and when in a fight a few times the signal comes 'don't attack' it can be too much. One time I already started a Super attack with the axe when the monster was mounted.
