    after you actually buy it you need to go back and download it, maybe that's the problem? if you go back to the list of items that you can buy for the game it should have a 'download' button. once you download it then it should be on your game when you restart it.

    i don't know then, sorry! usually once you buy it then download it then restart the game it should be there. if you look in 'my menu' then 'history' then 'downloaded content' it should be on the list if it all went through. there is a 'help' option on the nintendo eshop, maybe they can help!
