    It is 1,200 3999 damage maximum under 15 minutes That is how you really get a A rank.

    theres some exceptions though. most of the MQ map seems to not put damage requirement in [some do though]. red areas up damage requirement to 10,000, and for termina map ONLY: 6,000 requirement in the ikana canyon area timed missions: under 7 minutes. giant bosses: always an A rank in time if you just beat it
