    I know in High/G rank quests you spawn in randomly and you have a rare chance of spawning up there (there is a spot like that in every area) and the gathering spots in them have crazy drops like dragon bone relics and other cool stuff

    Actually, you just need a monster to change the landscape. It'll tilt the whole area so you can reach it.
