    Lucas's pk fire is single hit. Pk thunder multi hits. He has forward psi magnet. And pk freeze doesn't do much damage. He may seem like a clone, but he is not. Especially with his standard moves.

    Lucas was largely just a weaker Ness, just like how Doc, Lucina, and Dark Pit are just weaker versions of the originals. Basically everything that Lucas had over Ness was integrated into Ness to buff him anyhow. Namely the "sparks out of fingers," PK Thunder partially, and custom moves. Although the moves that resemble Lucas's are mostly worse then Ness's.
