156 hours in and i hit g-rank took longer because i actually played solo for awhile before getting online and i dont like playing with noobs who got there level because they were boosted and no nothing of how to play game and die all the time

    70 hours in and HR5 Been playing the story a lot. A lot more engrossing than previous games, actually.

    Yeah I've been doing alot of the story also, but I keep forgetting how vast MH games are and i've spent alot of time farming for gear early on that's been barely an upgrade but it looks cool or has good skills lol I have to keep reminding myself that the gearz mid/late game at higher rank will be MUCH better and is it really worth spending 3hrs farming for a 8-16 defence boost? lol Still fun tho!

    Skipping the Caravan quests is going to bite a lot of people in the end. You WILL get kicked from a room for trying to join a hunt for an Apex monster without Wystones.

    i just have been finding all these hr boosted people know nothing about there weapons or how to fight a certain monster also hit monster when mounted and dont even know when to heal themselves i even had this one kid his message for when he died was 'why you no use life powder' and he was hr37 i was like you boosted and rushed and now you suck because you dont even know how to put in work....smh

    I've spent alot of time re-doing hunts to get more practice with the charge blade and the insect glaive. Ppl keep saying IG is a Noobs OP weapon but it's been quite the learning curve for me, and altho I am getting better I do still feel like a noob quite often lol Atleast when I finish SP and do MP I'll know how to use my weapons lol
