I have never played a monster hunter game before, never looked interesting to me. My brother finally bugged me to at least try it on his 3DS and I immediately got hooked, I really love the couch co-op aspect, but I have yet to play online. I've been a bit engrossed in the storyline, and besides it's soooooo much more satisfying to be able to say "yeah, I beat that big beast by myself like a boss"
