They both are awesome! But they also both have pros and cons. The Wii U version is faster, more intense, and better looking, but it also has that pathetic board-game thing, and it's hard to see where you are in the 8-player Smash mode. The 3DS version is portable, looks good on the 3DS, and has the much better Smash Run Mode, but is slower than the Wii U and is smaller in scale.

But, if I have to choose one, I would say the 3DS version because It's portable and because I can actually afford it, unlike the Wii U version, since I don't have a Wii U.

I don't have a Wii U, nor does my family. I have a 3DS, and Miiverse is on the 3DS. As to why my posts show up on the Wii U version, your guess is as good as mine.
