    It has to be awakened, free your your element young padowan(free element). Link's Hero armor is good, also if you have dragon blight it will null your element for a short period.

    Well, complete three virtues, and the event Akantor mission 3-4 each MAYBE less, and make sure to break each monsters parts, and you should be able to equip the armor.
