I am the luckiest person ever. I went on wonder trade twice and on the first time i got a shiny 6iv arceus and in the second time i got another shiny arceus this time with a pixie plate,is Arceus shiny locked?

    Yes, Arceus is shiny locked. THE ONLY arceus which is not shiny locked comes from a Japanese event and, like all event pokes, cannot be wondertraded. Those cArceus you got are fake x]
