what level does genesect start at when you first receive/encounter it? i think it's at level 50, right?

    It depends on the event. The Japanese/Korean Plasma Genesect and the Japanese/Taiwanese P2 Labs Genesect were all at lvl 50. But the Plasma Genesect in other countries was at lvl 15. Also, the shiny movie genesect was at lvl 100.

    There haven't been any genesect events for XY/ORAS. And it's event-only so you can't encounter it anywhere.

    Genesect. cannot. be. found. in. the. game. There has not been a Genesect distribution since the B/W era, so your best shot at getting one is trading with someone who already has one.

    oh wait some WERE at lvl 50!? i just guessed lol. they should have you be able to find its fossil like the others in the next game or something like that
