    It's not Peach but we never get told who the mother is. There are possibilities, though. 1. Some animals reproduce on their own. Maybe Bowser is both parents. 2. Bowser has a big spiky green shell. No other adult Koopa does. Now, ask yourself, whose big spikey blue shell are we throwing in Mario Kart? Bowser jr's mother? 3. Bowser jr could be a magical creation rather than a biological child.
