you have to carve bnahabra, which you can't do normally. make poison smoke bombs and throw them when they're around you, they die from poison and you can carve.

You'll need sap plant and either iron ore or stone to make bomb casing and probably toadstool to get the poison bomb.

Yes you can use poison sac but I saw on a forum that you can use toadstool as well. Poison sac should come from a monster like the bigger Ioprey(Iodrome? I forgot his name still getting used to the names), but I think I was able to get toadstool in the poisonous patch of land in the Primal forest but not positive just going off the top of my head. Just look for mushrooms somewhere there.
