    No prob. Oh, but some perks like Handicraft won't get more than +7 on a talisman. It all depends on the skill.

    When should you change talisman, I have so many and i'm currently using 10+ auto guard rank 2. But I have 10+ mounting

    You can change them when ever you would like, I use that +10 Mounting as well. really its whatever you like best.
