    He's not in the expert stage and Some of your pokemons have mega Stones, not all of them idk if there a mega stone for your pigetteo, it suppose to have mega pigetteo to defeat it and receive its mega stone.

    If you don't have Mega Pigetteo Stage that means your Pigetteo don't have a mega stone. Gamefreak only create few mega stones for a few pokemons.
