    Mega Lucario? Or just Lucario? You might want Mega Slobro, if you can't catch Lucario. Just keep playing through the main game and you'll get to Slobro. (Though Slobro is a tricky catch!)

    I'm focusing on the main game for now, because once i get further and get stronger pokemon i can go back and deal with the expert stages and Mega Lucario competition. If you aren't too close to the end of the game i'd suggest you do the same; if you are quite far, though, then i don't know what to tell you. Grind and level up, maybe?
