    The funny thing is the pain is a part of who I am, because it has made me stronger, but I dont let it get me down. I'm a Gung-fu master and I have lightning reflexes despite all that. I'm so grateful 4 all I learned from Master Lee. It clicked in me 15 years after my training. Funny; all I ever wished 4, I have now that I'm not "in it". Though it's in me.

    It's a small world indeed. I love Tae Kwon Do. A solid practitioner can deliver continuous attack and defense. My teacher was 7th dan. He used to back us into a corner and strike us until we fought our way out. I hated that at 1st. I love him 4 it.
