    Why don't you try going to Chibi-Robo Photo Finder! in the Nintendo Eshop? If you go to the bottom of the more info section, there should be a repair software button. Hope this information helps!

    Why don't you try deleting the software and then reinstalling it? (You can make a save data backup of it, but it will be deleted once the software has been reinstalled and the save data has been restored.)
