    No. The Super Smash Bros. and Super Mario line of amiibo can be used for each other game. So you can use your Super Mario Peach amiibo for Super Smash Bros.! Or your Super Smash Bros. Luigi for Mario Party 10! But since Toad is not a playable character in Super Smash Bros., you can't use him for that game.
