I have a question does the toad amiibo have data for this what i mean is if i use it in this game as pixel toad and then i use it in mario party 10 will my pixel toad data be deleted?

    No. Captain Toad is a read-only game. MP10 is both read/write game. So you can have MP10 data on the Toad amiibo and it will not be deleted.
