This a pack opening bug? Any idea how to reproduce?

Just repeatedly tap as fast as you can when opening a pack. This happens after maybe 10 taps.

I posted about this on other topic some weeks ago. It need to be REALLY quick when opening a pack (when the yellow glowing animation occurs). The card don't let you go back, but some button can make it go to normal size.

Yep, I saw that. I often double or tripple tap, and just that causes the sound and animation to restart. Only after your post did I try it longer.

I noticed it because I just wanted my cards right now lol But found another, I think. It seems that when evolving cards if you press the B button to pass the animation, press B again, and leave the screen quickly (or is something else, but it seems to do it), and go to a map, the clouds and map moving animation turns out to be more quickly than normal but all works correctly.
