The Cowardly Palico in Cheeko Sands will give you a series of 6* Caravan Quests leading up to an Urgent Quest to slay an Akantor. Once you have slain Akantor, the Cowardly Palico will offer to join you and the Headwhiskress on Sunsnug Isle will tell you that you can pull the sword from the stone at the back of the island.
