    I tried having my status bars + map and everything on the lower screen but I'm so used to them up top I kept getting KOed haha

    I keep map d pad target cam,and items on the lower screen with health up top. If I get a n3ds I'll get rid of the d pad for more items

    The change can be hard to get used to, yeah. N3DS is definitely the way to play MH. Circle Pad Pro and an XL could work, but it runs faster and looks better on N3DS

    I moved everything down to the touch screen except for my hunter's status bars. It's too easy to lose track of where my health s at when it's down there.

    I like having four items at the touch of a finger, then a fifth on Y. I like the idea of the status bars but they take up so much room you are left with almost nothing.

    i have the map, the other peoples health, monster lock on and the signal button and a small item meater so i can see what items are closest to what i need. i don't really put my health bar on it because i usually forget to look at it and i will die lol XD
