    By itself it isn't overpowered. The moment it is paired with Water Wall and or Spellfork is another story.

    I disagree Stillgrave. Even by itself, it only costs 2 to add it to your deck, and only takes 6mp to blast. Which means even without enhancements it spell blasts every other round at the minimum. That's pretty fricking powerful.
