I've found a mode on this game called "debug mode" by doing a button code! (I'll explain in original controls) It goes like this, "↑,C,↓,C,←,C,→,C then you should hear the ring sound, press Start. select a stage, hold A till the stage loaded up. You'll see the score glitched up. that means you got it. Enjoy!
