Tips to beating Mega Mewtwo Y: Use the following pokemon in order-Sableye, Scyther, Scizor, Zoroark. Then purchase a Mega Start (code 20150007 gives two free Mega Starts), a Moves +5, and a Disruption Delay. If you are still not sure, you don't really need jewels to do it this way, you can use jewels (one should be enough if you want to use jewels).

    I used Mega Sableye, Haunter, Liepard and Absol. I had four moves left when I beat Mega Mewtwo Y.
