I have a feeling this has something to do with DeNA and this new hardware in 2016. Launch title for the NX? WiiU crossover game? Just annoys me that nobody backs this great console and the things it can achieve.

To Eiji Aonuma and the Zelda crew, I'd like to say how much I appreciate all of your hard and dedicated work. I don't care that you have to delay the Zelda Wii U project because I know you believe in quality over quantity. Take all the time you need.

I'd also like to say that you shouldn't feel the need to focus on pleasing people with a single style of graphical artwork. I understand that graphics in video games are important, but it makes me really sad that you want to find a single "happy medium" or a style that Zelda will stick with. I don't want you to feel afraid to create a larger variety of visual arts. I want you to try something new.

Just because so many people are being ridiculous about Wind Waker's art-style dosen't mean you shouldn't feel free to create. I'm really sorry a lot of people didn't like Wind Waker's art. I still don't understand it myself. So, if I'm correct about what you said in the article, then I'm really sorry you felt the need to do that. I veiw video games as a form of expression. The meaning contained within a game is what counts, not the way it looks. I'm not saying you shouldn't strive to create better graphics, I'm just saying you shouldn't stay with one thing. Photo realistic graphics are alright too, I guess, but you shouldn't strive for those. It's much too familiar and plenty of games have those already. Again, it's the symbolism that counts. Zelda games have that,

so I don't want you to focus on how the game looks for only the looks. You should focus on the looks so it coexists with the story. Last time we saw the game I was impressed by the scale it had. However the part of the world we saw did seem a little sparse (though the wild horses were cool!) So honestly I'm glad to hear they are taking some extra time.

Why can't you be more truthful and upfront about the real reasons for the delay Nintendo, instead of just being so vague. Give your loyal customers some real Customer Service and respect! Is it now the 30th anniversary edition?? and why is there such a lack of top quality games?? once again a post with no response i bet!

i am not surprised, it would very fast. The first trailer at e3 to announce for this year was not realistic. i was looking to it but reather have a game with no bugs or gliches and gives the best experience so i find it a good thing

I know this is a Little out of topic, but I found no official thread like this in MK8 Community, but this is still Zelda-related. So please, Nintendo, If you could add Link as a driver in MK8, do so also with Princess Zelda. If Link could drive, why not Princess Zelda? Especially when there's Peach, Daisy, Rosalina who can drive. Other, sad to hear the Zelda-title for Wii U got delayed.

Wow!! What a shock!! Nintendo does like to take their bloody time to release a game, but the end result more than makes it worth the wait. I'm VERY disappointed that it's delayed, but confused as well. In 2 separate videos, one from the E3 Direct and one with Miyamoto playing with Aonuma, they demonstrated the new look and play controls. Now they won't show a thing at E3? Something isn't right!

They can't show new video of Zelda at all to tide fans over so that they can concentrate on it's development? Give me a break! So I guess the times they showed it off in the past must have really thrown off their schedule, huh? They better have some tricks up their sleeve, before the Wii U goes the way of the dinosaur especially in light of their latest new console announcement.

Zelda has been pushed back, Uncharted has been pushed back, so what's next? They announce these games so early and yet it takes over a year and a half until they see the light of day. I realize that it takes a lot of development time and effort to program these games, and many others, to be just right, but this is really too much of a disturbing trend. Batman: Arkham Knight was pushed back twice!

I have a terrible feeling that the new game is going to keep getting delayed over and again until the NX release, and then Nintendo will just switch it to being a release exclusive for the NX and just give up on a Wii U version. I really hope this isn't the case. I hope there will be some confirmation that us loyal Wii U owners will still get it, and not a terrible watered down port either.

That will not make consumers happy. They must put the new Zelda on the NX and the wiiu. They cant screw people over like that. Ok they CAN but it's not good for business. And they dont need more bad publicity. And if the NX is not a powerhouse of a console when it's probably over. NO MORE POINTLESS GIMMICKS NINTENDO!!!

Translation, taking more time to release it on NX. If they made a trailer of it at E3, we wouldn't be as excited too see it on the NX because it's a Wii U port.

Oh thanks Nintendo for discontinuing my console too soon, memories of DreamCast. If your going to do this, please give it 4K capability. The two other competitors don't have that ability.

Hablando en serio... Me parece bien el retraso, siempre y cuando sea realmente para perfeccionar el juego y traernos algo digno de una leyenda. Lo que no me parecería bien es si lo hacen por otros motivos, como para que coincida con el 30 aniversario de la saga o para que salga con la nueva consola...

De todas formas siempre pasa igual cuando Nintendo anuncia algo. Todo el mundo se queja hasta el día que sale lo que han anunciado y entonces sorprenden a la gran mayoría y todos contentos... Bueno, toca esperar... A ver que sale... Fácil que nos muestren lo nuevo de Retro studios en el E3!

L' importante è che mi fai usare gli item e non trasformi zelda in un MMORPG offline alla Xenoblade. Voglio usare il rampino,l arco e qualsiasi strumento ogni 2 passi interagendo con l' ambiente. Il simulatore di camminata è già Xeno, che basta e avanza. E sul wiimote non dico nulla tanto ci pensa Frozenbyte dato che voi l' avete creato e l' avete poi ammazzato. Grazie e buon lavoro.
